Responsibilities: <p><strong>The new Total Rewards Analyst will focus on analysis, building, and reporting including:</strong></p> <ul> <li>An annual compensation cycle and commission/sales plans.</li> <li>A market compensation database including benchmark reviews.</li> <li>A compensation, bonus plan, and sales payment models.</li> <li>A global compensation and benefits initiative.</li> <li>Innovative ways to report on and examine HR data.</li> <li>A world-class analytics collection strategy used to influence critical decisions.</li> <li>Credibility and knowledge of people analytics and insights.</li> <li>Key drivers that will retain employees, drive performance, and lead to positive financial and operational results.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <p><strong>The new Total Rewards Analyst has:</strong></p> <ul> <li>The education. A Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mathematica, Finance, Statistics or a related field. Having a Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) or Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation is an asset.</li> <li>The experience. You are an Excel master with the ability to use other databases and statistical tools. You have 3+ years in Compensations and Benefits administration experience. You can: <ul> <li>Organize data to understand the big picture, analyze large volumes of data to find trends, and provide insights and recommendations confidently.</li> </ul> </li> <li>The accuracy. You are extremely accurate, highly organized, and you work well under pressure. You are: <ul> <li>Process and governance oriented.</li> <li>Confident in your ability to explore, recommend and learn new analytical methods, and technologies.</li> <li>Passionate about pursuing solutions and seeking continuous improvement.</li> <li>Intellectually curious and an avid learner.</li> </ul> </li> <li>The interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to build relationships and the comfort to reach out to internal and external contacts to request information.
