Technical Talent Advisor

We're looking to add to our awesome team. We’re hiring for a Technical Talent Advisor. Part detective, part relationship builder and all efficiency. You have the experience and insights recruiting tech talent including Developers, Engineers, UI/UX, PMs, BAs, etc. You “get” the geek culture and you also can distinguish when to take a more serious approach. You consider yourself a bit of a techie.

Responsibilities: <p><strong>Here&rsquo;s what our new Technical Talent Advisor will do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Learn the client&rsquo;s culture, employee value proposition and hiring criteria through intake sessions.</li> <li>Build talent pools and drive social media content to attract candidates.</li> <li>Screen and interview candidates; assessing for technical knowledge and culture fit.</li> <li>Provide a high standard of candidate experience.</li> <li>Assist with internal projects as required.We do our best to give you the freedom to take on growth and professional development projects including process improvements, new technology, meetups, thought leadership and more.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Key Performance Indicators:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Hiring manager and candidate satisfaction. We love data and survey everything!</li> <li>Client retention. Your success is our success. We win as a team!</li> <li>Conversion rates. The number of candidate submissions to hiring manager interviews.</li> <li>Offer acceptance rates. Requirements: <p><strong>What you bring to our team:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience. 1-2 years of recruiting experience with a focus on technical roles.</li> <li>Passion for people. An ability to build and foster relationships.</li> <li>Knowledge. Solid business acumen and experience working in a multi-layered team.</li> <li>Attention to detail. A passion for process with outstanding organizational and prioritization skills.</li> <li>Drive. You don&rsquo;t need to be told,you see gaps and you fill them.</li> <li>Technical expertise.
