We call it the right-fit candidate. We want someone to help our sourcing team find the online places they live, and list their skills. Reporting to our Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist aka our resident &ldquo;Sourcer-er&rdquo;, &nbsp;our next intern will navigate the far corners of the internet and utilize a number of sourcing tools. A researcher, a web-sleuth, a fun and focused desk buddy. This is a role for someone excited to be part of a niche industry, eager to learn and knows how to get it done.</p>
Responsibilities: <p><strong>Here&rsquo;s what you bring and who you are:</strong></p> <ul> <li>An education focused on Information Sciences, but maybe your major is just as good, so pitch us! You tell us why you are awesome.</li> <li>A love-affair with data. You believe the answers are out there. (But the solutions are with the people) And you know how to find it.</li> <li>A needle-in-the haystack/Tetris/ sense of strategy and dedication.</li> <li>An expert Excel user. We track all our data, sources, and research in Excel and you need to do the same and be able to run reports.</li> <li>An organization fanatic, you love a pretty spreadsheet. You are meticulous and understand the importance of producing results.</li> <li>A commitment to treating people well, to appreciating hard work, to inspiring loyalty, and to motivating participation.</li> <li>A strong karaoke repertoire.</li> <li>An unbeatable communication style.</li> <li>A sense of balance. Requirements: <p><strong>And here&rsquo;s what you will do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support the Sourcer in casting spells and luring candidates in from all corners of the internet.
