To that end, we need a Customer Success Manager - Talent Acquisition Programs.</p> <p><strong>The opportunity</strong></p> <p>As the new Customer Success Manager - Talent Acquisition Programs at TalentMinded you will play a critical role. You will work closely with our clients and our internal teams to develop and execute on modern, values-based talent acquisition strategies and recruitment processes. This is an opportunity for someone who is ready to take risks, meet challenges head-on and take a leap into a new frontier.</p> <p><strong>Who you are</strong></p> <p>Recruiting may not be in your blood the way it is in ours and that&rsquo;s okay. This role is as unique as you are. Your experience may be in project management, operations or customer success.</p>
Responsibilities: <p><strong>Here&rsquo;s what our new Customer Success Manager - Talent Acquisition Programs will do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Oversee projects and people. You will manage the end-to-end talent strategy for multiple clients. You will oversee the delivery of our solution on a daily basis.</li> <li>Build relationships. You will foster relationships with clients and internal teams. You know when to listen, when to push back and when to call in a favour. You build trust by delivering on your promises and caring about customer outcomes.</li> <li>Juggle multiple priorities. You will weave between moving parts to achieve great hiring outcomes. You will thrive in an environment that is continuously innovating and iterating. This role is demanding and sometimes can feel like a roller coaster - but the rewards and the highs are awesome!</li> <li>Keep things on track. You will measure and benchmark all aspects of the recruitment life cycle. You will have 1,000 things vying for your attention so managing time and expectations is one of your greatest super powers.</li> <li>Be strategic. You will be responsible for managing the success of our clients by keeping programs moving forward, iterating on new branding and pipeline strategies and finding new ways to add value. You will be measured on how well you work with internal teams and customer retention and satisfaction.</li> <li>Be TalentMinded. Requirements: <p><strong>So, how do we know you are the new Customer Success Manager - Talent Acquisition Programs for us? You have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience. You have 3+ years in client success, operations or project management. You have managed multiple projects concurrently.</li> <li>A curiosity for how companies recruit talent. You don&rsquo;t have to have previous recruiting experience but you&rsquo;ll need to have the desire and drive to learn the business.</li> <li>Critical thinking skills. &nbsp;We are data driven and you need to be too. We track all our data and you need to do the same.</li> <li>Incredible organization skills. You like to make things run effectively and you're the type that likes to keep your inbox at zero unread messages.</li> <li>Process and more process. (Your middle name is Process) You understand how to take an idea and execute. Creating and following a process - and holding others accountable - is a core strength.</li> <li>A solid understanding of business acumen and hands-on experience supporting a fast-moving team, with multiple parts, people, deliverables and layers.</li> <li>A commitment to treating people well, to appreciating hard work, to inspiring loyalty, to motivating participation, to being accountable.</li> <li>A strong karaoke repertoire.</li> <li>Comfort with technology. You are an expert with Gmail and Google Drive web applications as well as Google Drive), MS Office Suite.</li> <li>A sense of balance and of ownership. You can work fast but you can easily change priorities. You don&rsquo;t need to be told what to do, you see gaps and you fill them.
