Responsibilities: <p><strong>What will your days - and your career - look like here?</strong></p> <p>You will spend your first 30 days at TalentMinded shadowing the team and getting to know the impact each role plays in our success. From sitting on intake calls with Project Managers to listening to interviews with the Talent Advisors. From helping prepare reports to interpreting and analyzing them alongside our leadership to running after the Project Admin team as they make things happen behind the scenes.</p> <p><strong>What you will do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage the internal operations and delivery team including Talent Advisors, Project Administrators and Project Managers.</li> <li>Manage and measure team performance against benchmarks and make improvements where you see fit.</li> <li>Work with the leadership team to drive innovation, process efficiencies and program improvements.</li> <li>Create and develop internal training programs and streamline existing training processes.</li> <li>Evaluate technology systems and make recommendations for further integration or fill gaps in current processes.</li> <li>You will figure out how our technologies work and where more integration is needed.</li> <li>You will listen, learn and ask a lot of questions. We have a lot of processes in place and amazing people who help execute them but there&rsquo;s always opportunity to continue to evolve!</li> </ul>

And you inspire others to do the same.</li> <li>You are a tech-savvy, continuous learner. You are comfortable taking on the role of subject matter expert in a range of technologies and solutions.</li> <li>You know people. You know how to motivate individuals and a diverse team. You believe in building robust personal development plans customized for each person. You are the person that walks the &lsquo;floor&rsquo; throughout the day and just might introduce a daily standup to kick things off every morning.</li> <li>You are a coach with a certain amount of professional training or facilitation experience.
