Salary: *$85,000- $100,000 USD per year

Overview: <p>We are currently hiring an&nbsp;<a href="https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/review/?locale=en-US&amp;uri=urn%3Aaaid%3Ascds%3AUS%3AMJDicxLySiWSfHn_rc8K0g" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Director, Adult Day Services</a>&nbsp;You will model person-centered support by facilitating a positive work environment, developing success strategies, and opportunities designed to promote a safe and meaningful life for all individuals receiving services.</p> <p><strong>Full Time, Onsite Position, Exempt- <span class="modified"> The s</span>alary <span class="modified">r</span>ange <span class="modified">for this role is </span>$85,000<span class="modified"> - </span>$100,000<span class="modified"> annually. As a new hire, your starting salary will likely be between the 25th percentile and the midpoint of the range; however, all offers are based on the successful candidate&rsquo;s experience and qualifications.</span><br /></strong></p> <p><strong>Who you are:</strong></p> <ul> <li>An effective leader of highly autonomous entirely remote staff</li> <li>Have a passion for excellence in helping others grow</li> <li>A strong advocate with active observation skills for the rights and best interests of adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Development and implementation of strategic plans for community-based service model programs</li> <li>Engaging community partners and expanding awareness on programs</li> <li>Developing and managing program budget; ensures best practices</li> </ul>
