Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various roles.</li> <li>Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.</li> <li>Create and post job advertisements on various platforms, ensuring they resonate with candidates who have relevant experience.</li> <li>Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews, identifying candidates who meet the role's requirements and align with the organization's culture.</li> <li>Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track candidates' progress and status.</li> <li>Conduct reference checks and extend job offers to selected candidates.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.</li> <li>Proactively communicate with candidates and hiring managers, providing updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process.</li> <li>Participate in job fairs and networking events to promote our employer brand and attract potential candidates with the right experience.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in nonprofit and or healtcare related fields.</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.</li> <li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.</li> <li>Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.</li> <li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.</li> <li>SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP is a plus</li> </ul> <p><strong>We&rsquo;d love it if you:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Had high volume / high turnover recruiting experience</li> <li>Experience wth Recruiting Gateway (UKG)</li> </ul>
