With experience in social services and a strong understanding of the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities, you excel at managing cases, coordinating services, and leading a team. Your ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and service providers makes you an ideal fit for this role.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Manage and coordinate cases for the Independent Living Services (ILS) and Tailored Day Services Option (TDSO) programs, from intake through placement and beyond.</li> <li>Supervise and support program staff, ensuring they have the training and resources needed to succeed.</li> <li>Develop and implement Individual Support Plans (ISPs) that are person-centered and align with client goals.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with licensing, funding, and agency standards, maintaining accurate records and data.</li> <li>Collaborate with internal teams, clients, families, and external partners to achieve program goals.</li> <li>Provide direct support to clients as needed, ensuring continuity of care and service quality.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Social Services or a related field.</li> <li>At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.</li> <li>Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.</li> <li>Supervisory experience preferred, with a proven ability to lead and develop a team.</li> <li>Familiarity with Department of Rehabilitation and San Diego Regional Center procedures is a plus.</li> <li>Valid California Driver&rsquo;s License, current auto insurance, and a clean driving record.</li> </ul> <p><strong>We Would Love If You Had:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with electronic case management systems, particularly Therap.</li> <li>Experience with service billing and processing invoices.</li> </ul>
