Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Manage Billing &amp; Financial Records: Prepare invoicing, maintain accurate billing records, and ensure proper account reconciliation.</li> <li>Process &amp; Track Payments: Apply incoming payments correctly, monitor account balances, and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.</li> <li>Coordinate with Teams &amp; Agencies: Communicate with internal departments, external agencies, and customers to address billing inquiries and payment issues.</li> <li>Ensure Accuracy &amp; Compliance: Maintain attention to detail in financial transactions, ensuring all records align with billing and accounting standards.</li> <li>Resolve Billing Disputes: Investigate and address payment discrepancies, working efficiently to find solutions and maintain positive relationships.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Experience: 2 years of accounting experience, with a focus on accounts receivable, billing, or financial record-keeping preferred.</li> <li>Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.</li> <li>Financial Knowledge: Understanding of billing practices, account reconciliation, and financial record management.</li> <li>Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with accounting or billing software.</li> <li>Communication &amp; Collaboration: Strong written and verbal skills to work effectively with internal teams, external agencies, and customers on billing and payment matters.</li> <li>Attention to Detail: Ability to process invoices, track payments, and identify discrepancies with accuracy.</li> <li>Problem-Solving Skills: Experience handling billing inquiries, payment disputes, and account reconciliation efficiently and professionally.</li> </ul>
