Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Provide hands-on, person-centered care in a residential setting</li> <li>Assist with daily activities like personal care, hygiene, eating, cooking, cleaning, getting dressed and undressed, mobility, and personal organization.</li> <li>Encourage independence by supporting individuals in achieving personal goals.</li> <li>Create a safe, respectful, and engaging home environment.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul type="disc"> <li>High school diploma or GED</li> <li>Six (6) months experience working with individuals with disabilities</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Valid California Driver&rsquo;s License, current auto insurance, and a clean driving record.</li> <li>A passion for making a difference!</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>We&rsquo;d love it if you:</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Are bilingual in English and Spanish</li> <li>Have experience using case management systems (Therap preferred)</li> </ul>
