As a&nbsp;<a href="https://acrobat.adobe.com/id/urn:aaid:sc:US:1dc2086b-8045-451e-938b-b74c2a58a013" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"><strong>Direct Support Professional (DSP) Aide</strong>,</a>&nbsp;you&rsquo;ll provide hands-on support to individuals with developmental disabilities in both day programs and residential settings. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Assisting individuals with personal care, meals, and mobility support.</li> <li>Encouraging participation in daily activities and community outings.</li> <li>Helping individuals build relationships and develop independence.</li> <li>Documenting daily activities and progress using case management software.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED.</li> <li>Six (6) months experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.</li> <li>Ability to provide person-centered support in a respectful and inclusive way.</li> </ul> <p><strong>We&rsquo;d love it if you:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Are bilingual in English and Spanish.</li> <li>Have experience using case management systems (Therap preferred).</li> </ul>
