You will teach workplace skills, foster independence, and ensure individuals meet employer expectations while creating a supportive environment for long-term job success. This is a substitute role, and shift times and locations will vary. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Coaching individuals to develop job skills and workplace behaviors.</li> <li>Monitoring progress and adjusting support as needed.</li> <li>Ensuring quality and efficiency in work tasks.</li> <li>Documenting progress and communicating with employers and case managers.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED.</li> <li>One (1) year of experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.</li> <li>Valid California Driver&rsquo;s License, auto insurance, and a clean driving record.</li> </ul> <p><strong>We&rsquo;d love it if you:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Are bilingual in English and Spanish.</li> <li>Have experience with case management systems (Therap preferred).</li> </ul>
