In this role, you&rsquo;ll help clients build independence, engage in meaningful activities, and develop essential life skills in a supportive environment. <strong>In this role you will fill in for scheduled staff when they are unavailable. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Supporting clients in learning life, social, and personal care skills</li> <li>Assisting with daily needs, including feeding, toileting, and mobility</li> <li>Leading engaging group and individual activities</li> <li>Documenting progress and ensuring accurate case records</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED</li> <li>Six (6) months of experience working with individuals with disabilities</li> <li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills</li> </ul> <p><strong>We&rsquo;d love it if you:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Have experience with case management systems (Therap preferred)</li> <li>Are bilingual in English and Spanish</li> <li>Have previous experience in a caregiving or teaching role</li> </ul>
