Responsibilities: <ul> <li>You&rsquo;ll be the go-to expert for performance and behavior issues, policy interpretation, and workplace dynamics.</li> <li>You&rsquo;ll also support broader HR functions like benefits, compliance, and engagement initiatives.</li> </ul> <br />
Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field or in lieu of degree a minimum of 4 years of relvenant experience.</li> <li>2+ years of hands-on experience in employee relations and HR program administration.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of employment law and experience conducting investigations.</li> <li>Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office and HRIS systems (Dayforce experience a plus).</li> <li>Spanish fluency is a big plus!</li> </ul>
