Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Coaching and supporting clients in the community</li> <li>Planning and leading engaging activities</li> <li>Teaching life, social, and vocational skills</li> <li>Assisting with job, volunteer, or educational exploration</li> <li>Documenting client progress before the end of each shift</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED</li> <li>Six (6) months experience with individuals with disabilities preferred</li> <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Valid CA driver&rsquo;s license, auto insurance, and acceptable DMV record</li> <li>CPR &amp; First Aid certification (training provided)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Bonus Points If You:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with case management systems (Therap preferred)</li> <li>Bilingual in English and Spanish</li> <li>Knowledge of person-centered planning</li> </ul>
