In this role, you&rsquo;ll help clients learn job skills, adapt to their work environments, and achieve long-term employment success.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> </div> </div>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Provide one-on-one job coaching and workplace training</li> <li>Assist clients in building job skills and meeting employer expectations</li> <li>Support workplace integration and social skill development</li> <li>Monitor job performance and provide feedback</li> <li>Document progress and maintain accurate records</li> <li>Collaborate with employers, case managers, and support networks</li> </ul>
