We&rsquo;re looking for a <strong>Behavior Specialist</strong> who is passionate about person-centered support, training staff, and improving outcomes for the individuals we serve.</p> <p><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Do</strong></p> <p>In this role, you&rsquo;ll lead the development and implementation of behavior strategies that support individuals across our programs. You&rsquo;ll partner closely with staff, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistent, person-centered care while also training and coaching employees on best practices in behavioral support.</p> </div> </div>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Designing and monitoring Behavioral Support Plans using positive behavior strategies</li> <li>Training staff and leading in-service sessions or orientation classes</li> <li>Consulting on behavioral challenges and reviewing participant progress</li> <li>Attending team meetings and collaborating with internal and external partners</li> <li>Maintaining documentation and tracking behavioral data</li> </ul>
