Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Perform landscape and grounds maintenance duties, including mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, weeding, planting, raking, sweeping, and trash removal.</li> <li>Operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, blowers, weed trimmers, chainsaws, tractors, and other groundskeeping tools.</li> <li>Load and unload equipment and supplies as needed.</li> <li>Complete work assignments efficiently and maintain high-quality standards.</li> <li>Maintain positive and professional working relationships with team members and customers.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Minimum one year of landscaping, grounds maintenance, or related outdoor labor experience.</li> <li>Experience operating landscaping power equipment and riding lawn mowers.</li> <li>Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.</li> <li>Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.</li> <li>Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.</li> </ul>
