In this role, you&rsquo;ll help clients build independence, engage in meaningful activities, and develop essential life skills in a supportive environment.</p> <p>This is a temp position for 3 months.&nbsp;</p> <p>Pay: The pay for this position is $20.00 to $20.65.</p> <p>Location: San Marcos</p> <p>Schedule: 8:30a-3p</p> <p><strong>Who you are:</strong></p> <ul> <li>A compassionate individual who enjoys helping others thrive</li> <li>Strong communicator and team player</li> <li>Organized and dependable in a dynamic work environment</li> <li>Patient, adaptable, and committed to person-centered care</li> </ul> </div> </div>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Supporting clients in learning life, social, and personal care skills</li> <li>Assisting with daily needs, including feeding, toileting, and mobility</li> <li>Leading engaging group and individual activities</li> <li>Documenting progress and ensuring accurate case records</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED</li> <li>Six (6) months of experience working with individuals with disabilities</li> <li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Valid California Driver&rsquo;s License, current auto insurance, and a clean driving record.</li> </ul> <p><strong>We&rsquo;d love it if you:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Have experience with case management systems (Therap preferred)</li> <li>Are bilingual in English and Spanish</li> <li>Have previous experience in a caregiving or teaching role</li> </ul>
