Your role is to empower clients to make choices, build confidence, and gain self-sufficiency while ensuring they have the support they need.</p> <p>The pay for this position is $20.00 to $20.65.</p> <p>Schedule: Varies</p> <p>Location: San Diego County &amp; North County</p> <p><strong>Who you are:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Passionate about helping others gain independence.</li> <li>Excellent communicator and can tailor your support to individual needs.</li> <li>Thrive in a flexible, community-based environment.</li> </ul> </div> </div>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Teaching independent living skills like budgeting, cooking, and self-care.</li> <li>Assisting with accessing community resources and services.</li> <li>Supporting clients in making informed choices and achieving goals.</li> <li>Documenting client progress and collaborating with support teams.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED.</li> <li>Two (2) years of experience working with individuals with disabilities.</li> <li>Valid California Driver&rsquo;s License, auto insurance, and a clean driving record.</li> </ul> <p><strong>We&rsquo;d love it if you:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Are bilingual in English and Spanish.</li> <li>Have experience with case management systems (Therap preferred).</li> </ul>
