Overview: The Auto Club Group (ACG) provides membership, travel, insurance, and financial services offerings to approximately 13.5 million members and customers across 14 states and 2 U.S. territories through the AAA, Meemic, and Fremont brands. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Under minimal supervision, accurately process a variety of updates and changes to Brokered Business and Branded files and accounts.&nbsp;</li> <li>Clerical duties include, but are not limited to: updating customer policies, processing payments on carrier websites and completing account terminations.&nbsp;</li> <li>Gather appropriate information and review documents to determine the required actions necessary to conclude processing.&nbsp;</li> <li>Conduct outbound telephone calls and correspond with customers to gather information, respond to inquiries and resolve issues. &nbsp;</li> <li>When necessary, review current policies, discuss coverage options, quote replacement coverage and bind policies.&nbsp; Use knowledge of insurance policies and procedures to make recommendations to customers regarding accounts, additional coverage needed, or additional products needed.&nbsp;</li> <li>Complete processing and updates to accounts while ensuring efficiency and compliance with corporate and regulatory guidelines.&nbsp;</li> <li>Create, run and review reports to determine processing errors.&nbsp;</li> <li>Investigate and identify key issues and patterns from data.</li> <li>Take a broad perspective to solve problems and identify new solutions.</li> <li>Balance, review and edit a variety of reports and logs within scope of responsibilities.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Enter corrections and recode files when necessary.</li> <li>Act in a lead capacity to answer inquiries, resolve problems and provide guidance and direction to lower level staff.&nbsp;</li> <li>Provide input regarding updates to processing and correction procedures.&nbsp;</li> <li>Assist lower level staff with processing during peak timeframes.&nbsp;</li> <li>May participate on projects related to scope of work performed.</li> </ul>
