Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Provide oversight in the planning, evaluation, implementation, and validation of new/emerging technologies.</li> <li>Lead project and /or technical maintenance teams.</li> <li>Responsible for providing recommendations and attaining design approval for new technologies and major enhancements to existing systems.</li> <li>Provide support to Security in the development of appropriate audit controls and procedures to ensure the integrity and protection of company resources.</li> <li>Work with customers to understand business objectives in order to ensure functional and technical designs meet requirements and are in compliance with the ACG infrastructure and IS technology standards</li> </ul>
Requirements: <strong>Education:</strong><br /> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or applicable professional certification and/or six to eight years relevant technical and analytical experience.</li> </ul> <br /><strong>Experience in/with:</strong><br /> <ul> <li>Serving as a consultant to business lines in defining processes or identifying technology based on business requirements</li> <li>Developing business plans for technology initiatives</li> <li>Developing, testing, deploying complex call routing solutions to meet business needs.</li> <li>Researching incidents from single user to total outage conditions, beginning with initial discovery, root cause evaluation, progress, updates, presentation of finding, up to and including restoral and validation.</li> <li>Developing positive relationships with business partners of varying backgrounds while working toward meeting business objectives.</li> <li>Documenting technical systems information for both business and IT support purposes.</li> </ul> <br /><strong>Strong Preferred knowledge of:</strong><br /> <ul> <li>Genesys PureConnect solutions including: Interaction Administrator configuration, Interaction Center Business Manager (ICBM) reporting including Real Time, Historical, Dialer, Recorder, and Feedback, Interaction Dialer configuration and support, and Interaction Center Database Schema.</li> <li>Custom report development using SQL Management Studio, Crystal Reports, and Google Data Studio</li> <li>NICE IEX WFM configuration and administration</li> <li>Avaya Aura Call Center Call Routing and Avaya CMS Supervisor Reporting</li> </ul> <br /><strong>Leadership experience including:</strong><br /> <ul> <li>Providing technical consultation and training to less senior staff</li> <li>Providing leadership to project teams/technical project maintenance teams</li> </ul> <br /><strong>Ability to:</strong><br /> <ul> <li>Apply similar prior experience to new issues to ensure effective problem solving</li> <li>Develop strong business relationships</li> <li>Adapt to new business or strategic objectives</li> <li>Learn new skills or technologies both on-the-job and in a formal setting to meet objectives</li> <li>Possess effective communication skills, ambition, motivation, and drive</li> </ul> <br />Important Note: The above statements describe the principle and essential functions, but not all functions that may be inherent in the job.
