Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Provides world-class member-centric experience in a high-volume, fast-paced call center environment.</li> <li>Sell new memberships and upgrades to increase base growth.</li> <li>Consults members on club products and appropriately cross-sell/makes referrals on products and services to maximize information and sales opportunities for the organization.</li> <li>Receive and process Auto Travel calls as needed.</li> <li>Adhere to performance metrics to include managing calls, schedule adherence, and other metrics as prescribed by leadership.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Have a high school diploma or equivalent</li> <li>Minimum: 6 months of customer service experience in a fast-paced computer automated business environment.</li> <li>Basic knowledge of PC navigation, Internet usage, sending receiving emails, toggling between applications, and other skills and computer knowledge is required</li> <li>Soft sell skills.</li> <li>Ability to multi-task</li> <li>Ability to troubleshoot minor computer issues.</li> <li>Desire and capability to work from home and/or in an office environment</li> <li>Preferred: 1-2 years of customer service. Advanced computer skills.
