Responsibilities: Provides support to management on the coordination and oversight of a wide variety of projects and issues including analyzing statistical data, preparing reports, developing communications and representing business line on inter-departmental projects.&nbsp; Functions as an advisory resource in the development of business plans and processes and performs research on various subjects, providing analysis and recommendations to managers.&nbsp; Assists management in the development of the budget (capital, expense, and staffing) and monitors information to ensure adherence to corporate standards.&nbsp; Plans and makes necessary arrangements for meetings and events (location, contracts, appropriate materials and budget).&nbsp; Provides support as the department expert/resource in the identification and resolution of problems.&nbsp;
Requirements: <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p> <p>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree preferred.</p> <p><strong>Experience in/with:</strong></p> <p>Call center telephony and related applications.</p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <p>Required Qualifications (these are the minimum requirements to qualify):</p> <ul> <li>College level coursework in Business Administration, Insurance, Management or a related field.&nbsp; Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree preferred.</li> <li>Possession of appropriate state driver's license.</li> </ul> <p>Professional level experience in/with most of the following:</p> <ul> <li>Analyzing and defining resource and skill requirements for projects.</li> <li>Recommending process improvements.</li> <li>Policy and/or procedure development.</li> </ul> <p>Experience in/with:</p> <ul> <li>Developing policies/standards.</li> <li>Business planning and consulting.</li> <li>PC software and associated applications (i.e. Windows: Word, Excel, Access, McIntosh).</li> <li>Assisting with budgetary development process.</li> <li>Implementing established goals and objectives.</li> <li>Statistical analysis.</li> <li>Problem identification and resolution techniques (flow charting, nominal group technique, etc.).</li> <li>Writing business proposals.</li> <li>Developing/distributing management reports.</li> <li>Member/client retention programs.</li> </ul> <p>Demonstrated skills in:</p> <ul> <li>Analyzing and problem solving.</li> <li>Project planning/management.</li> <li>Conflict/complaint resolution.</li> </ul> <p>Ability to:</p> <ul> <li>Communicate effectively with others in a work environment and with the public.</li> <li>Prepare and conduct presentations to all levels of management and external groups (e.g. Government, industry officials, out-of state Auto Club Group (ACG locations), businesses, financial institutions, and associations).</li> <li>Analyze data and make recommendations.</li> <li>Prepare reports.</li> <li>Work under pressure to meet deadlines.</li> <li>Provide guidance and training to new personnel.</li> <li>Understand and communicate information regarding ACG products, policies and procedures.</li> <li>Travel throughout state/out-of-state including various ACG clubs and field locations.</li> <li>Work irregular hours including weekends and holidays.</li> </ul> <p>Written communication skills.&nbsp; (A writing sample may be required at time of interview.)</p>
