Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Responsible for networking, marketing and generating new insurance sales.</li> <li>Act as a business savvy advocate and provide concierge service to our members.</li> <li>Respond to customer inquiries and requests with a high sense of urgency.</li> <li>Clearly link the benefits of product features to the customer&rsquo;s needs.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <p>Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to navigate MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).</li> <li>Goal oriented and self-motivated to help members/customers and prospects achieve and maintain their financial goals.</li> <li>Strong verbal/written communication including exceptional presentation aptitude.</li> <li>Solid selling and sales process knowledge.</li> <li>Ability to build and sustain customer relationships.<br /> </li> </ul> <p>Minimum Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma or equivalent.</li> <li>(Insurance industry training programs a plus).</li> <li>Active Florida 220 General Lines license or Florida 2044 Personal Lines license.</li> <li>Active Florida Life license, either: 214 or 215; if not, company will sponsor license within first 90 days of employment.</li> </ul> <p>Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Demonstrated sales and marketing excellence and stability in the insurance industry.</li> <li>Minimum of 2 years recent sales experience.</li> <li>Experience with computer quoting software and e-mail applications.</li> </ul>
