Responsibilities: <p><strong><u>Primary Duties and Responsibilities (details of the basic job functions):</u></strong></p> <p>Responsible for digital travel P&amp;L: including AAA.com sales, revenue, marketing expense and profit.&nbsp; Lead travel digital strategy development, plan development, and cross-functional implementation.&nbsp; Also responsible for the digital user experience and leads cohesive change management across ACG functions to ensure elevated digital capabilities, appropriate digital standards and effective data governance.&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Participate on the AAA National Online Travel Agency Task Force.</li> <li>Lead ACG&rsquo;s relationship with Priceline Partner Network in collaboration with IT teams.</li> <li>Use Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), web analytics, search engine optimization (SEO) and marketing metrics to assess business performance and user experience, and to identify opportunities and plan adjustments as needed.&nbsp;</li> <li>Improve the capture, organization, access, interpretation and application of digital data and results.</li> <li>Determine factors that influence customer goals, needs and desired experiences.&nbsp; Identify mental models digital users follow when booking travel online.</li> <li>Assess market and competitive dynamics and generate insights from research.</li> <li>Generate innovative ideas to increase web traffic and increase conversion.</li> <li>Represent the Travel line of business in ACG-wide digital strategy and roadmap development and system capability assessments.</li> <li>Initiate process and system improvements to achieve digital best practices and actively transition ACG practices to digital-first solutions.&nbsp;</li> <li>Work closely across ACG functions to implement new and improved features on AAA.com.&nbsp;</li> <li>Collaborate to create interaction models and prototypes to capture desired user experiences and translate to functional specifications.</li> <li>Ensure internal teams have appropriate training to utilize digital technologies, including results tracking tools.</li> <li>Lead collaboration across functions to embrace digital change.</li> </ul> <u>Supervisory Responsibilities (briefly describe, if applicable, or indicate None):</u><br /> <ul> <li>none</li> </ul>
