Responsibilities: <p style="font-weight: 400;"><strong><u>Key Role and Responsibilities</u></strong><strong>:</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Responsible for networking, marketing and generating new insurance sales</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Act as a business savvy advocate and provide concierge service to our members&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Respond to customer inquiries and requests with a high sense of urgency</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Clearly link the benefits of product features to the customer&rsquo;s needs</li> </ul>
Requirements: <p style="font-weight: 400;"><strong><u>Skills</u></strong><strong>:</strong></p> <ul style="font-weight: 400;"> <li>Ability to navigate MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li> <li>Goal oriented and self-motivated to help members/customers and prospects achieve and maintain their financial goals</li> <li>Strong verbal/written communication including exceptional presentation aptitude&nbsp;</li> <li>Solid selling and sales process knowledge</li> <li>Ability to build and sustain customer relationships</li> </ul> <p style="font-weight: 400;"><strong><u>Minimum Required Qualifications</u></strong><strong>:</strong></p> <ul style="font-weight: 400;"> <li>High School diploma or equivalent (Insurance industry training programs a plus)</li> <li>Active Florida 220 General Lines license or Florida 2044 Personal Lines license&nbsp;</li> <li>Active Florida Life license, either: 214 or 215; if not, company will sponsor license within first 90 days of employment</li> </ul> <p style="font-weight: 400;"><u>Experience:</u></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Demonstrated sales and marketing excellence and stability in the insurance industry</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Minimum of 2 years recent sales experience&nbsp;</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Experience with computer quoting software and e-mail applications&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Important Note:</strong>&nbsp;The above statements describe the principal and essential functions, but not all functions that may be inherent in the job.&nbsp; This job requires the ability to perform duties contained in the job description for this position, including, but not limited to, the above requirements.&nbsp; Reasonable accommodations will be made for otherwise qualified applicants, as needed, to enable them to fulfill these requirements.&nbsp;</p> <p style="font-weight: 400;">&nbsp;</p>
