Responsibilities: <p><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">Designs, develops, writes, proofreads and loads content onto the employee and external agency partner communication website. Regularly and proactively contacts business lines/support areas to assess and assist in content needs and updates. Collaborates with clients to create graphics, imagery and content. Uses understanding of internal web content strategies and goals of targeting communications to develop direction, schedules and written content of multiple pages and communications. Ensures timeliness of loading content to the assigned audience by prioritizing projects and managing deadlines. Edits text/designs layout of web pages to ensure consistency of style and format. Initiates creative execution as it relates to graphic design and placement, while ensuring compliance with website and corporate guidelines. Customizes web add-ins/web parts/web portlets to display content. Develops and maintains an asset management system for banners, images and promotional pages. Creates and ensures compliance with file naming conventions.</span></p> <p style="font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: start; widows: 2; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; word-spacing: 0px;"><span><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">Participates on project teams to ensure content updates follow appropriate department procedures.
