Responsibilities: <p><strong><u>Primary Duties and Responsibilities (details of the basic job functions):</u></strong></p> <p>Responsible for the strategic leadership of digital marketing in support of all ACG business lines, with a focus on the ongoing evolution of ACG digital marketing to keep pace with emerging technology, industry best practices and ACG business needs.&nbsp; A deep knowledge of digital marketing combined with strong data analysis skills will define strategies that position us for growth and are aligned with ACG&rsquo;s brand and operating principles.&nbsp; The incumbent will be a resource for ACG&rsquo;s senior leadership and brand management, identifying digital opportunities and threats, and providing context with respect to their impact on ACG&rsquo;s businesses.</p> <div>&nbsp;</div> <p>Oversees development and execution of all annual plans for digital marketing activities, supervises ACG&rsquo;s digital marketing team and manages all required agency and vendor relationships.&nbsp; Identifies and assesses new vendor partners with enhanced capabilities; coordinates technical collaborations between vendors and internal technology resources.&nbsp; Responsible for achieving annual digital sales and lead goals, as well as managing all digital marketing budgets; provides financial forecasting as required.&nbsp; Oversees the development, execution, evaluation and reporting of all digital marketing programs, including search engine marketing, display advertising, click-to-call advertising, email marketing, and marketing automation supporting these programs.&nbsp;</p> <div>&nbsp;</div> <p>Oversees testing and validation of new and refined digital tactics, and ensures they are supported by rigorous statistical methodology.&nbsp; Monitors and summarizes ACG performance data and industry best practice evolution to provide management with a succinct view of digital marketing results and trends, and implications for marketing strategies and tactics.&nbsp; Presents findings and strategy recommendations to marketing leadership.</p> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div><br />&nbsp;</div> <p><u>Supervisory Responsibilities (briefly described):</u></p> <ul> <li> <div>Oversees a Digital Marketing department that includes professional, para-professional and administrative staff performing a variety of functions to support department objectives.</div> </li> </ul>
