Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Consult business clients regarding appropriate employment practices and processes</li> <li>Provide support to various recruiting efforts to include diversity and inclusion outreach and college and internet recruitment</li> <li>Prepare job descriptions and recruiting tools for screening and interviewing candidates through analysis of skill and competency</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Have college-level coursework in Personnel Management, Business Administration, or related field. Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred</li> <li>Knowledge of EEO and Affirmative Action Guidelines, State and Federal selection and hiring regulations, and effective recruiting techniques</li> <li>Experience working in a fast-paced and metrics-driven environment</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft applications to include, Outlook, Word, and Excel and ability to navigate computer systems</li> <li>Ability and willingness to work evenings and weekends as required</li> </ul> <br />Important Note:&nbsp;The above statements describe the principle and essential functions, but not all functions that may be inherent in the job.
