Responsibilities: <p>Participates in the planning, development and implementation of digital marketing programs or projects which may include paid search, targeted/non-targeted display, online remarketing and assisting with email programs in support of Auto Club Group (ACG) marketing goals and objectives. Consults with line of business managers to support business needs and plans digital testing and campaigns based on market intelligence, previous test and campaign results and industry best practices. Looks for opportunities to develop and improve infrastructure to introduce and maintain industry-leading programs. Develops campaign plans and works with vendors and Procurement to determine pricing and coordinate ad placement. Provides project management oversight to drive desired results and ensure campaign is executed in accordance with budgetary guidelines. Monitors metrics in order to assess effectiveness of campaigns and recommends changes, such as addition or removal of vendor.&nbsp;</p> <p>Collaborates with internal staff and external vendors to integrate and maintain all tracking codes, tags, etc. required to track and evaluate digital activities. Includes ongoing QA review and identification of coding/tagging issues and coordination between internal e-Commerce team and external Display Ad vendors to implement corrected parameters. Coordinates and enhances ACG&rsquo;s digital support infrastructure including collaboration with external display and search vendors to match and import ACG product and customer data into the targeting algorithms and enhancing online insurance tracking.</p> <p>Participates in annual marketing plan and budget development and manages all associated expenditures. Tracks actual and forecast spending, identifies potential variances and processes purchase requisitions and invoices associated with the digital activities.</p> <p>Designs and maintains succinct management reports of digital marketing results and trends, including key findings, interpretation and implications for marketing strategies and tactics. Develops presentation materials to communicate findings to all levels of management.</p> <p>Maintains and applies knowledge of current and emerging digital marketing tools, technologies and analytics. Monitors evolving trends within electronic marketing and educates marketing management on best practices. Ensures compliance with applicable marketing related laws, regulations, company policies and guidelines.</p> <p>Manages multiple, concurrent projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.</p>
