Occasional travel (25-30% of work time) required with exposure to road hazards and temperature extremes.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Use your analytical and story-telling ability to develop tactical organizational change management plans that minimize disruption of normal business operations and employee resistance, as well as maximize employee engagement, alignment, and ability with a future state.</li> <li>Create a thoughtful training approach to employee experience initiatives to provide opportunities for end-users to gain knowledge and skills in order to succeed in the future state.</li> <li>Analyze and understand our company&rsquo;s OneACG internal culture and proactively identify and address resistance to change.</li> <li>Use analysis techniques to assess change readiness within lines of business and the organization as a whole and create a strategy to drive cultural change.</li> <li>Serve as a consultant to various internal stakeholders such as the HR Business Partners, CoE Leaders, and business line leaders on the program management team on their projects&rsquo;/programs&rsquo; change needs.</li> <li>Create tool kits to aid executives, project management team, and human resources business partners.</li> <li>Kit elements could include change management readiness assessments, stakeholder management, organization design/role impacts, training and learning recommendations, culture/behavioral changes, and adoption assessments.</li> <li>Provide guidance on a variety of communications materials including tips and tricks articles, news and stories on enhancements, FAQs, and presentations on employee experience changes.</li> <li>Collaborate with the Employee Experience Program Manager to integrate change management activities into project plans.</li> <li>Create impact analysis to determine if change management plans are effective, and create process improvements to strategies as needed.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <strong>Education:</strong><br /> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or college coursework in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.</li> <li>Change Management Certification (i.e. Prosci) or similar by an industry-recognized program</li> </ul> <br /> <p><strong>Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Three years of proven change management experience</li> <li>Demonstrating the ability to partner in efforts to drive change strategy and developing strategic change management plans and deliverables around key initiatives</li> <li>Partnering to influence key stakeholders and align multiple priorities to a common goal</li> <li>Managing cultural change within an organization</li> </ul> <br /> <p><strong>Working Knowledge of:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Industry-leading change management methodologies.</li> <li>ADKAR or other change management models.</li> </ul> <br /> <p><strong>Ability to:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to motivate project team members</li> <li>Communicate efficiently and practically to internal and external stakeholders at all levels</li> <li>Drive change in behavior and mindsets of the employee to improve overall experiences</li> </ul> <br />Important Note: The above statements describe the principle and essential functions, but not all functions that may be inherent in the job.
