Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Drive a full-size or mini service van or tow truck and operate applicable service equipment to assist AAA members, employees, and other motorists.</li> <li>Locate member breakdown locations via GPS or map</li> <li>Perform functions such as providing fuel, testing and replacing batteries, performing jumpstarts, providing lockout service, and changing/inflating flat tires</li> <li>Arrange for or tow vehicles</li> </ul> <p align="left"><strong><br /><br />How you will benefit:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Earn a competitive wage with the potential of earning bonuses and performance incentives. Requirements: <ul> <li>Have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver&rsquo;s license</li> <li>21 years of age or older</li> <li>Possession of a valid state driver&rsquo;s license with minimal driving infractions/incidents.</li> <li>If employed in Illinois, possession of a valid Illinois C-Non CDL driver&rsquo;s license.**</li> <li>Successfully complete drug screening, MVR, criminal background check, and DOT health screenings (pre-employment and ongoing).</li> <li>Experience using tablets or electronic devices to update calls, review policy and procedure and information, document safety records, and other applicable duties</li> <li>Customer Service Experience including the ability to effectively communicate to customers/ members and understand the need for meeting/exceeding customer expectations.</li> <li>Ability to lift materials weighing up to seventy-five (75) pounds</li> <li>Prefer prior experience but not required, servicing vehicles such as providing fuel, testing and replacing batteries, performing jumpstarts, providing lockout service, and changing/inflating flat tires, prior tow truck driver or roadside service experience. Safely operate a wheel lift, flatbed, dolly towing equipment and full-size or mini service vehicle and applicable service equipment and/or commercial driving experience.</li> </ul> <br />Important Note: The above statements describe the principle and essential functions, but not all functions that may be inherent in the job.
