Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Source and screen candidates for employment opportunities at The Auto Club Group (ACG) based on the needs of hiring managers across the corporate footprint.</li> <li>Promote a positive image of the organization.</li> <li>Collaborate with Hiring Managers and Team Leaders to find and place qualified candidates in positions within required timeframes.</li> <li>Establish effective working relationships with community partners as well as organizational leadership.</li> <li>Use a deep understanding of recruiting channels to develop and/or execute strategic sourcing strategies aimed at generating a strong talent pipeline to meet recruiting objectives.</li> <li>Review strategies, initiatives, and processes to identify and recommends improvements.</li> <li>Maintain ongoing knowledge of best practices in talent sourcing and screening.</li> <li>Continuously seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the clients.</li> <li>Use existing databases, internet search engines, cold calling, referrals, networking, job boards, and social media to prospect, attract, recruit and prequalify candidates for designated jobs.</li> <li>Utilize exceptional candidate mining/social media skills to build candidate pipelines.</li> <li>Build and maintain networks of potential candidates through market research and ongoing relationship development.</li> <li>Communicate with candidates and colleagues frequently to relay the status of searches, candidate progress, etc.</li> <li>Provide exceptional customer service to candidates, stakeholders, and both internal and external clients throughout the recruitment process.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <strong>Education:</strong><br /> <ul> <li>College-level coursework in Personnel Management, Business Administration, or a related field</li> </ul> <br /><strong>Experience:</strong><br /> <ul> <li>Two years of experience sourcing candidates in a corporate or agency setting</li> <li>Extensive experience utilizing search string/engines (e.g., Boolean Search) and social media and data mining to search and prospect talent</li> <li>Implementing sourcing initiatives in order to meet recruiting totals, objectives, and timelines</li> <li>Partnering with clients and management on sourcing efforts</li> <li>Demonstrating strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills.</li> </ul> <br /><strong>Knowledge of:</strong><br /> <ul> <li>Search engine optimization</li> <li>Effective talent sourcing techniques</li> <li>EEO and Affirmative Action Guidelines</li> <li>State and Federal selection and hiring regulations</li> <li>Sales mentality and environments</li> </ul> <br /><strong>Ability:</strong><br /> <ul> <li>Goal-oriented, self-motivated with a strong aptitude for learning and collaboration</li> <li>Candidate-focused and passionate about building quality relationships with people</li> <li>Highly motivated, adaptable, and autonomous with the ability to deliver results with limited managerial oversight</li> <li>Demonstrate exceptional data research/analysis/entry skills</li> <li>Learn new technical concepts and job functions quickly</li> <li>Possess strong ability to screen and prepare a candidate within a specific timeline</li> <li>Demonstrate strong organization and planning skills</li> <li>Proven ability to work and manage a workload in a fast-paced environment that is constantly changing</li> <li>Track record of personal accountability, strong work ethic, and integrity</li> </ul> <br /><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong><br /><br /><strong>Education:</strong><br /> <ul> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Personnel Management, Business Administration, or a related field</li> </ul> <br /><strong>Experience:</strong><br /> <ul> <li>ATS experience with tracking and managing candidates</li> <li>Meeting and exceeding recruitment metrics and key performance indicators</li> </ul> <br />Important Note: The above statements describe the principal and essential functions, but not all functions that may be inherent in the job.
