Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Speak with customers in&nbsp;person or over the phone&nbsp;to offer and cross-sell insurance solutions, provide information about their existing&nbsp;insurance policy, and resolve customer issues.</li> <li>Assist Branch Insurance&nbsp;Sales&nbsp;Agents as needed</li> <li>Offer new insurance products, process policy endorsements, reinstatements, and new business applications.</li> <li>Balance workload priorities to ensure successful execution.</li> <li>Keep records of customer interaction and transactions, documenting details of conversations, as well as actions are taken.</li> <li>Resolve customer service or billing issues.</li> <li>Follow up to ensure that appropriate changes have been made to customer accounts.</li> </ul>
