Responsibilities: <p><strong>Position Description</strong></p> <p><u>Primary Duties and Responsibilities (details of the basic job functions):</u></p> <p>Serve as the Talent Acquisition (TA) consultant for assigned clients and potential candidates.&nbsp; Handle recruiting assignments for technical, professional and sales positions with advanced skill-sets and highly specialized functions/responsibilities.&nbsp; Also responsible for recruiting Management-level roles within assigned business units.&nbsp; Lead the entire recruitment lifecycle from developing strategies to promote the opportunities and benefits of working for ACG to ensuring effective onboarding transitions to new roles.&nbsp; Consult with hiring managers to determine strategy and set service-level standards for the recruiting process.&nbsp; Communicate the employee value proposition and ACG culture to potential candidates.&nbsp; Deliver an exceptional TA experience by ensuring that the client and candidate received a high touch and engaging experience.&nbsp; Develop and manage effective relationships with internal clients and potential candidates.&nbsp; Maintain a thorough understanding of assigned business lines to include, market trends, staffing needs, job levels, skill sets and competencies needed for effective operations.&nbsp;</p> <p>Serve as the lead for recruiting efforts. Maintain consistence contact with client and candidates throughout the process.&nbsp; Ensure appropriate communication with the Sourcers and Coordinators.&nbsp; Drive results towards established key performance indicators.&nbsp; Consistently develop and maintain candidate pipelines.&nbsp; Manage the recruiting lifecycle for jobs within assigned business lines.&nbsp; Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Perform intake and post recruiting meetings</li> <li>Ensure positions are properly posted on all available job sites</li> <li>Use traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates</li> <li>Screening, coordination of interviews with hiring manager and processing offer letters</li> <li>Communicate important employment information during the offer stage and notify candidates who have not been selected.&nbsp;</li> <li>Negotiate complex offers at times and push to close the candidate by leveraging various sales and closing techniques.</li> <li>Partner with Sourcers to develop and execute fully comprehensive sourcing plans, analyzing &nbsp;job requirements to determine target profiles</li> <li>Ensure onboarding is initiated and communicated to the hiring manger and candidate in a timely fashion</li> <li>Follow-up with candidates and hiring manager to obtain feedback on the hiring process.&nbsp;</li> <li>In accordance with the HR and corporate record retention policies, accurately process interview notes and other required employment data within the Applicant Tracking System.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>Handle complex to highly complex assignments, obtain appropriate approvals and ensure cost-effective completion within specified deadlines.&nbsp; Participate in/contribute to large-scale, department or corporate-wide TA project by conducting project analysis, assisting in the developing and executing of plans in support of business initiatives and corporate goals. &nbsp;Serve as a lead of one or more project components.&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;Analyze issues and existing solutions to create innovative approaches to solve problems.&nbsp; May handle/participate in special assignments of higher complexity when necessary.&nbsp;</p> <p>Assist managers with determining and implementing process updates.&nbsp; Serve as a lead by assisting with the development of less experienced staff.</p> <p>Maintain ongoing industry knowledge.&nbsp; Enhance competencies and experience necessary to continue professional development in this field.&nbsp;</p>
