Maintain composure and perform well under stressful and very intense situations.&nbsp;</span></p> <div><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: medium;">&nbsp;</span></div> <span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: medium;">Serve as a member of the Rapid Response Team responsible for responding to and addressing active assailant or other threatening situations at company locations.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: medium;">In situations that justify the use of a firearm, use extreme judgement, emotional control and caution to load, unload, aim and fire handguns, shotguns and other company-approved firearms.&nbsp; Use authorized weapons, protective gear and devices, while maintaining awareness of and ensuring personal safety and the safety of others.&nbsp; Meet any applicable state, county and municipal licensing and permit requirements for Armed Security Officers and specific protective device and weapons qualifications.</span><br /><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: medium;">&nbsp;</span><br /> <p><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: medium;">Participate in implementation of emergency procedures such as fire, accidents, evacuation, and traffic control.&nbsp;</span><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: medium;">Maintain records of lost and found property.&nbsp; Hold bank deposits when pick-up is delayed.&nbsp; Maintain knowledge of security techniques by attending training.&nbsp; Perform miscellaneous specialized tasks as requested.</span></p> <div><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: medium;">&nbsp;</span></div>
