Responsibilities: <p><strong>Position Description:</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Role is responsible for the business operations of delivering purchased vehicles to AAA clientele. This position is required to ensure safe and timely delivery of products to purchaser maintaining optimum condition of vehicles and customer satisfaction.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><u>Primary Duties and Responsibilities (details of the basic job functions):</u></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Job Functions/Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Be fully trained on the full benefits and features of every vehicle sold assigned to them</li> <li>Must be comfortable driving a heavy duty, crew cab, dually pick up while towing a one-car enclosed trailer</li> <li>Safely deliver vehicles to members, ensuring the vehicles are properly loaded and unloaded from the trailer</li> <li>Ensure the delivered vehicles meets all AAA Auto Buying standards for cleanliness and function (quality control)</li> <li>Perform a walk-around of the vehicle with the member, explaining all features and benefits to include ensuring member&rsquo;s mobile device is synced via Bluetooth to their vehicle if they choose this option</li> <li>Always present themselves with a professional uniform and grooming</li> <li>Have a thorough working knowledge of all documents that are required to be signed by the member, ensuring all documents are executed properly</li> <li>Collect any cash or check funds due from member at time of delivery</li> <li>Properly document vehicle condition upon delivery through photos and videos, as well as completing the delivery checklist (to include member&rsquo;s signature)</li> <li>Document any concerns the member has and establish an agreed upon follow up day and time to address the concerns</li> <li>Maintain the professional appearance of both the truck and trailer, inside and out</li> </ul>
Requirements: <br /> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>II. Required Qualifications&nbsp;</strong><strong>(these are the minimum requirements to qualify)</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><u>Education (include minimum education and any licensing/certifications):</u></p> <ul> <li>High School diploma, GED or Technical school graduate/certification</li> <li>Must have and maintain a valid state Driver&rsquo;s License.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><u>Experience:</u></p> <ul> <li>1 year experience loading and unloading vehicles from trailers</li> <li>1 year experience hauling trailers containing vehicles</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><u>Knowledge and Skills:</u></p> <ul> <li>Sales Acumen&nbsp;&ndash; uses knowledge to promote product/service value</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>III.
