Responsibilities: <p>What you will do:&nbsp;</p> <p>The Auto Club Group is seeking an experience Talent Acquisition Consultant to serve work with our&nbsp;<strong>Claims Personal Injury &amp; Protection (PIP) and Auto Physical Damage (APD) &amp; Banking/Finance</strong>&nbsp;business lines in attracting and recruiting talent for their open roles while driving a consistent recruiting and candidate experience.&nbsp;</p> <p>In this role you will have the opportunity to:</p> <ul> <li>Handle recruiting assignments for professional ositions with advanced skill-sets and highly specialized functions/responsibilities.&nbsp; Recruit&nbsp;Management-level roles within assigned business units.&nbsp;</li> <li>Lead the entire recruitment lifecycle from developing strategies to promote the opportunities and benefits of working for ACG to ensuring effective onboarding transitions to new roles while maintaining consistent&nbsp;contact with client and candidates throughout the process.</li> <li>Consult with hiring managers to determine strategy and set service-level standards for the recruiting process.&nbsp;</li> <li>Communicate the employee value proposition and ACG culture to potential candidates.&nbsp;</li> <li>Deliver an exceptional TA experience by ensuring that the client and candidate received a high touch and engaging experience.&nbsp;</li> <li>Develop and manage effective relationships with internal clients and potential candidates.&nbsp;</li> <li>Maintain a thorough understanding of assigned business lines to include, market trends, staffing needs, job levels, skill sets and competencies needed for effective operations.&nbsp;</li> <li>Serve as the lead for recruiting efforts partnering with Sourcers to develop and execute fully comprehensive sourcing plans, analyzing &nbsp;job requirements to determine target profiles</li> <li>Drive results towards established key performance indicators.&nbsp;</li> <li>Consistently develop and maintain candidate pipelines.&nbsp; &nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Perform intake and post recruiting meetings</li> <li>Ensure positions are properly posted on all available job sites, use traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates&nbsp;through screening, coordination of interviews with hiring manager and processing offer letters</li> <li>Communicate important employment information during the offer stage and notify candidates who have not been selected.&nbsp;</li> <li>Negotiate complex offers at times and push to close the candidate by leveraging various sales and closing techniques.</li> <li>Ensure onboarding is initiated and communicated to the hiring manger and candidate in a timely fashion</li> <li>Follow-up with candidates and hiring manager to obtain feedback on the hiring process.&nbsp;</li> <li>In accordance with the HR and corporate record retention policies, accurately process interview notes and other required employment data within the Applicant Tracking System.&nbsp;</li> <li>Serve as a lead by assisting with the development of less experienced staff.</li> <li>Other duties and projects as assigned&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>With our powerful brand and the mentoring we offer, you will find your position as a Talent Acquisition Consultant can lead to a rewarding career at our growing organization!</p> <p>How you will benefit:&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Competitive salary to include potential for an annual bonus and annual increases based on performance</li> <li>Excellent compensation and comprehensive benefits packages are just another reason to work for the Auto Club Group. Requirements: <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <p><strong>We're looking for candidates who: (Preferred/Required Qualification)</strong></p> <ul> <li>Completion of College level coursework in Personnel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.&nbsp;Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Personnel Management, Business Administration, or a related field, preferred.</li> <li><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Prior experience with ATS experience, with tracking &amp; managing candidates.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Proven track record of meeting &amp; exceeding recruitment metrics &amp; key performance indicators.</span></li> <li>Four/Five years of experience working through the full-cycle recruiting process in a corporate or agency setting&nbsp;managing requisition loads in a fast paced environment which is constantly changing in the following Disciplines: <ul> <li><strong>Claims &ndash; PIP, Personal Injury &amp; Protection and APD, Auto Physical Damage</strong></li> <li><strong>Banking and Finance&nbsp;</strong></li> </ul> </li> <li>Experience with establishing and cultivating business relationships with assigned clients and external candidate pools that includes consistent, effective communications</li> <li>Ability to develope&nbsp;creative approaches to delivering qualified candidates to the internal customer</li> <li>Collaborating with other recruiters, sourcers, internal and external partners to support the overall recruiting effort</li> <li>Ensure personal and team accountability while maintain/performing to established key performance indicators</li> <li>Assisting in the management and implementation of projects</li> <li><u>Advanced Knowledge of:</u> <ul> <li>EEO and Affirmative Action Guidelines</li> <li>State and Federal selection and hiring regulations</li> <li>Effective recruiting techniques</li> <li>Techniques used to develop strategy</li> <li>Project planning and leading techniques</li> </ul> </li> <li>Ability to: <ul> <li>Conduct detailed analysis to identify issues and resolutions</li> <li>Demonstrate efficient project management techniques</li> <li>Demonstrate strong organization and planning skills</li> <li>Demonstrate effective strong oral and written communications skills</li> <li>Demonstrate a high-level of&nbsp; attention to detail</li> <li>Proven commitment to continuous improvement</li> <li>Develop creative approaches to delivering qualified candidates to the internal customer</li> <li>Track record of personal accountability, strong work ethic, and integrity</li> <li>Meet and exceed recruitment metrics and key performance indicators</li> </ul> </li> </ul>
