Responsibilities: <p>What you will do:&nbsp;</p> <p>The Auto Club Group is seeking an experience Talent Acquisition Consultant to serve work with our&nbsp;<strong>Claims Personal Injury &amp; Protection (PIP) and Auto Physical Damage (APD) &amp; Banking/Finance</strong>&nbsp;business lines in attracting and recruiting talent for their open roles while driving a consistent recruiting and candidate experience.&nbsp;</p> <p>In this role you will have the opportunity to:</p> <ul> <li>Handle recruiting assignments for professional ositions with advanced skill-sets and highly specialized functions/responsibilities.&nbsp; Recruit&nbsp;Management-level roles within assigned business units.&nbsp;</li> <li>Lead the entire recruitment lifecycle from developing strategies to promote the opportunities and benefits of working for ACG to ensuring effective onboarding transitions to new roles while maintaining consistent&nbsp;contact with client and candidates throughout the process.</li> <li>Consult with hiring managers to determine strategy and set service-level standards for the recruiting process.&nbsp;</li> <li>Communicate the employee value proposition and ACG culture to potential candidates.&nbsp;</li> <li>Deliver an exceptional TA experience by ensuring that the client and candidate received a high touch and engaging experience.&nbsp;</li> <li>Develop and manage effective relationships with internal clients and potential candidates.&nbsp;</li> <li>Maintain a thorough understanding of assigned business lines to include, market trends, staffing needs, job levels, skill sets and competencies needed for effective operations.&nbsp;</li> <li>Serve as the lead for recruiting efforts partnering with Sourcers to develop and execute fully comprehensive sourcing plans, analyzing &nbsp;job requirements to determine target profiles</li> <li>Drive results towards established key performance indicators.&nbsp;</li> <li>Consistently develop and maintain candidate pipelines.&nbsp; &nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Perform intake and post recruiting meetings</li> <li>Ensure positions are properly posted on all available job sites, use traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates&nbsp;through screening, coordination of interviews with hiring manager and processing offer letters</li> <li>Communicate important employment information during the offer stage and notify candidates who have not been selected.&nbsp;</li> <li>Negotiate complex offers at times and push to close the candidate by leveraging various sales and closing techniques.</li> <li>Ensure onboarding is initiated and communicated to the hiring manger and candidate in a timely fashion</li> <li>Follow-up with candidates and hiring manager to obtain feedback on the hiring process.&nbsp;</li> <li>In accordance with the HR and corporate record retention policies, accurately process interview notes and other required employment data within the Applicant Tracking System.&nbsp;</li> <li>Serve as a lead by assisting with the development of less experienced staff.</li> <li>Other duties and projects as assigned&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>With our powerful brand and the mentoring we offer, you will find your position as a Talent Acquisition Consultant can lead to a rewarding career at our growing organization!</p> <p>How you will benefit:&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Competitive salary to include potential for an annual bonus and annual increases based on performance</li> <li>Excellent compensation and comprehensive benefits packages are just another reason to work for the Auto Club Group.
