Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Work under limited supervision to complete a set of related tasks in order to accomplish an objective.</li> <li>Interpret facts in a Claims-oriented context in order to assign claims on a rotation basis.</li> <li>Resolve assignment conflicts and issues as needed.</li> <li>Interact with adjusters and vendors to obtain and correct identification information and validate information with the Internal Revenue Service.</li> <li>Maintain and coordinate vendor information in multiple Claims systems.</li> <li>Review, identify and resolve potential vendor duplicates and omissions.</li> <li>Process Total Loss paperwork.</li> <li>Handle intermediate general inquiry calls for routing.</li> <li>May be assigned tasks normally handled by the Claim Support Staff or Claims Support Assistant II when necessary.</li> </ul>
