Responsibilities: <p><u>Primary Duties and Responsibilities (details of the basic job functions):</u></p> <ul> <li>&nbsp;Support the Talent Acquisition (TA) team on all reporting, research and analytics activities as well as the development of Talent Acquisition reporting solutions.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Perform complex data gathering and reporting.&nbsp;</li> <li>Analyze and interpret various reporting and perform data modeling.&nbsp;</li> <li>Serve as a subject matter expert on&nbsp;TA system reporting capabilities, reporting processes, data analysis, modeling and forecasting.&nbsp;</li> <li>Ensure that assigned projects are moving along by checking in with key stakeholders regarding completion of action items.&nbsp;</li> <li>Identify, investigate, and resolve problems.</li> <li>Prepare and distribute various reports that provide insight and guidance for department strategy development and maximizing efficiencies. &nbsp;</li> <li>Conduct needs assessments to determine reporting needs and make recommendations on reporting options.&nbsp;</li> <li>Collect, structure, analyze and distribute data on various TA metrics (e.g. time to fill, cost of hire, recruiting funnel, sourcing).</li> <li>&nbsp;Identify areas for data quality improvement and provide support in the resolution of data quality problems.&nbsp;</li> <li>Assist in the development of data quality assurance standards and processes.</li> <li>Participate in root-cause analysis and problem solving activities as needed.&nbsp;</li> <li>Provide training and support to end users regarding reporting solutions.&nbsp; &nbsp;</li> <li>Participate in activities related to creating and updating departmental procedures, training manuals and job aids.</li> <li>Work with team to identify opportunities for process enhancements.&nbsp;</li> <li>Analyze and assess the impact of changes to TA procedures/systems on data and reporting requirements.&nbsp;</li> <li>Develop end user documentation and communication plans.&nbsp;</li> <li>Maintain documents including procedures and communications.</li> <li>Help identify and implement audit processes for compliance purposes.</li> <li>Maintain ongoing knowledge of reporting systems and techniques used to model and analyze TA activities.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <p><strong>II. Required Qualifications (these are the minimum requirements to qualify)</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><u>Education (include minimum education and any licensing/certifications):</u></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Statistics, Insurance or related field</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><u>Experience:</u></p> <ul> <li>Five years of experience in HRIS reporting and analysis to include: <ul> <li>Using tools for statistical analysis and database querying in support of analytics</li> <li>Utilizing desktop computing skills, including use of one or more word-processing, spreadsheet and presentation graphics software programs</li> <li>Conducting needs assessments</li> <li>Evaluating effectiveness and efficiency of reporting processes</li> <li>Analyzing performance problems</li> <li>Preparing and presenting information to management</li> <li>Modeling and monitoring</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Gathering, researching, and analyzing data to develop recommendations for management review</li> <li>Working with third party/outside vendors</li> </ul> <p><u>Knowledge of:</u></p> <ul> <li>Reporting, modeling and analytic techniques</li> <li>HR practices and procedures</li> <li>HR delivery systems</li> <li>Project planning and management techniques</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p><u>Ability to:</u></p> <ul> <li>Analysis and interpretation of data</li> <li>Achieve stated objectives within designated time frame</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Provide analytical skill/content knowledge to contribute to team effort</li> <li>Provide input on work process enhancements</li> <li>Interact with representatives of various business units</li> <li>Develop and present complex reports</li> <li>Demonstrate customer service skills</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>III.
