Responsibilities: <p>Analyze and monitor the infrastructure of The Auto Club Group&rsquo;s affirmative action plan. Work with business lines to respond to findings and plan regulations and monitor compliance. Lead and develop Diversity Compliance and the Affirmative Action (&ldquo;AA&rdquo;) planning process and report the results to the internal partners. Assist in the development and implementation of strategic compliance diversity initiatives aimed at enhancing and sustaining diversity and inclusion throughout the company. Support strategic analysis of business needs and environmental trends with the goal of updating the company workforce strategy development and planning processes. Conduct compliance and diversity training.</p> <p>Monitor compliance to diversity and programs to include required AA obligations (accommodations log, union notifications, state job agency notifications, job marketing, postings, ADA compliance, etc.). Support analysis regarding equal pay and the pay transparency nondiscrimination provisions. Use data and presentations to affect change and influence/engage internal and external partners.</p>
Requirements: <p><strong><u>Preferred Qualifications:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of AGC policies and procedures.</li> <li>Demonstrate proficiency in Knowledge Management.</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong></p> <p><strong>Required Qualifications (these are the minimum requirements to qualify):</strong></p> <p><strong>Education (include minimum education and any licensing/certifications):</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources or a related field or equivalent experience.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Three years of Human Resources experience dealing with Affirmative Action (&ldquo;AA&rdquo;) compliance, and plan administration, Equal Employment Opportunity (&ldquo;EEO&rdquo;) administration, metrics development, and diversity and inclusion outreach.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Knowledge and Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Working knowledge of EEO/AA laws, diversity practices and human resources best practices.</li> <li>In depth knowledge of State and Federal employment laws and regulations.</li> <li>Ability to develop practical diversity workforce and compliance programs and metrics that align with business strategy.</li> <li>Proven ability to synthesize multiple complex data points and information into concise reports and communications.</li> <li>Possess excellent quantitative and qualitative statistical analysis skills.</li> <li>Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy.</li> <li>Demonstrate effective research, time and resource management skills.</li> <li>Conduct analysis and report on ROI, progress, gaps and opportunities that drive program enhancements.</li> <li>Exhibit comprehensive analytical and strategic design skills with the ability to see beyond immediate issues to drive sound decision-making.</li> <li>Research, analyze, develop and implement best practices.</li> <li>Work well under pressure, manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment and organize complex information.</li> <li>Communicate effectively with others in a work environment and with the public.</li> <li>Prepare and present reports, proposals and presentations to all levels of management and external partners.</li> <li>Demonstrate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint.</li> </ul>
