Responsibilities: <p>Develop and facilitate training and learning activities to prepare department staff for servicing customers. Evaluate training content and courses and make recommendations for improvement. Analyze impact of new and revised policies and procedures on personnel, service practices and service quality. Provide performance-consulting assistance to drive and support measurable performance changes to meet business goals. Participate in the development, documentation/maintenance and implementation of business plans, departmental policies, procedures and quality standards.&nbsp;</p> <p>Assist management with the coordination of a wide variety of projects and strategic initiatives aimed at: increasing service efficiencies, identifying service issues, resolving problems and implementing process improvements. Provide technical and analytical guidance to project team staff to ensure the development of innovative and effective recommendations. Analyze data, prepare and present reports/communications to management and peers. Represent the department/business unit on inter-departmental projects/teams. May serve as a project lead or a subject matter expert on special projects or assignments.</p>
