Overview: The Auto Club Group (ACG) provides membership, travel, insurance and financial services offerings to approximately 9 million members and customers across 11 states and 2 U.S. territories through the AAA, Meemic and Fremont brands. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Under minimal guidance and supervision, provide support to the Talent Acquisition team with staffing and recruiting efforts.&nbsp;</li> <li>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: posting for open positions, monitoring requisition approvals, conducting phone screenings, scheduling and coordinating interviews, creating candidate offer and rejection letters, facilitating and monitoring the pre-employment background and drug screen processes, corresponding with applicants, candidates to ensure submission of documents and completion of the onboarding process.&nbsp;</li> <li>Manage the applicant tracking system database.&nbsp;</li> <li>Organize and maintain files, records and documentation.&nbsp;</li> <li>Complete complex assignments, obtain appropriate approvals and ensure cost-effective completion within specified deadlines.&nbsp;</li> <li>Analyze issues and existing solutions to create innovative approaches to solve complex problems.&nbsp;</li> <li>Identify, recommend and support the implementation of improvements to Talent Acquisition methods, processes and procedures.&nbsp;</li> <li>May participate in and coordinate components of large, complex projects.&nbsp; Perform other duties as assigned.</li> </ul>
