Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Independently facilitates process improvement initiatives with limited supervision across all areas of ACG HR.</li> <li>Work with HR Centers of Excellence (&ldquo;COE&rdquo;) to identify issues and opportunities and to initiate process improvement(s).</li> <li>Effectively collaborates with stakeholders at all organizational levels, including senior leadership, to affect change within the organization.</li> <li>Serve as an internal consultant in the areas of process improvement, change management, performance monitoring, and advanced statistical analysis.</li> <li>Ensure that appropriate process improvement data/reports are distributed timely and data is presented in a format that can be readily used to monitor/improve performance.</li> <li>Serve as a process facilitator and leads departments in optimizing workflow's to positively impact financial and operational performance.</li> <li>Utilize advanced Lean principles and tools, including value stream maps, standard work, 5s, visual management, facilitation, and project and change management skills to support continuous improvement.</li> <li>Lead cross-functional teams and execute continuous improvement projects in support of HR Optimization objectives.&nbsp;</li> <li>Investigate HR process complexity affecting HR operations and develop lean strategies to deploy into the HR COE including but not limited to Standardized Work, Kaizen, Problem-Solving, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Process Flow, Heijunka.</li> <li>Manage lean events/workshops identified through Value Stream Maps. Facilitate, document and audit Kaizen Events from the preparation through sustainment.</li> <li>Act as the coordinator to functional teams in their efforts to identify &amp; execute continuous improvement across their Value Stream.</li> <li>Work with area leaders for all Continuous Improvement activities to ensure that processes are measured, monitored and controlled through Standard work.&nbsp;</li> <li>Analyze HR data in order to identify the root cause of COE transactional errors and improve operational efficiencies.&nbsp;</li> <li>Work with other departments to determine estimated costs, run time, cost reduction and feedback loop.&nbsp;</li> <li>Coach and mentor cross-functional HR leaders; focusing on measurable quality, service and cost improvements<u><br /></u></li> </ul> <u>Supervisory Responsibilities (briefly describe, if applicable, or indicate None):</u><br /> <ul> <li>None</li> </ul>
Requirements: <p><strong><u>Preferred Qualifications:<br /></u></strong><u>Education (include minimum education and any licensing/certifications):</u></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Lean Certification, Six Sigma Black Belt Certification, or PMP Certification<strong>&nbsp;</strong></li> </ul> <div>Knowledge:</div> <ul type="disc"> <li>Demonstrated knowledge of business and program planning methods, research and data collection processes, as well as strong project management skills</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>Required Qualifications (these are the minimum requirements to qualify):<br /></u></strong><u>Education (include minimum education and any licensing/certifications):</u></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Bachelor's degree required. Strong preference for industrial/systems engineering, health science/management, business, organizational change, or similar education with a strong component around process analysis and improvement.</li> </ul> <u>Experience:</u><br /> <ul type="disc"> <li>Five years of experience in Process Improvement to include leading process improvement projects, preferably in a complex organizational environment.
