Responsibilities: <div>Our&nbsp;<strong>Member to Member</strong>&nbsp;call center professionals are dedicated representatives who:</div> <ul> <li>Serve as a trusted advisor and provide consultative selling to include new member sales, associate add-on memberships, AAA MasterCard, membership upgrades, automatic renewals and transfers, and fulfilling promotional information.&nbsp;</li> <li>Respond to inbound membership calls to assist members with information including but not limited to:&nbsp; member information, directions, and attractions, weather conditions, road closures, may assist with TripTik requests/auto vacation planning.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Handle, resolve and process all membership inquiries through first call resolution.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Consistently demonstrate a positive service attitude to fellow members by accurately and courteously explaining policies and procedures.</li> </ul>
