Responsibilities: <strong>Job Description</strong> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ol> <li>Position Description</li> </ol> <p align="left"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p align="left"><u>Primary Duties and Responsibilities (details of the basic job functions):</u></p> <p align="left">&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for retaining Property and Casualty insurance policyholders through monitoring system activities, identifying opportunities for points of contact and lead retention, as well as providing coverage counseling to review/explain policy information.&nbsp; &nbsp;</li> <li>Coverage counseling would include, but not be limited to reviewing policy limits, deductibles, payment options, and discounts, underwriting eligibility, action required by the insured and cross-selling opportunities.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Contact policyholders from existing P&amp;C Insurance books of business through inbound/outbound telephone calls, direct mail, email, and text.&nbsp;</li> <li>May receive inbound calls from insureds via the company phone number.&nbsp;</li> <li>Execute all activities linked to retention and remediation.&nbsp;</li> <li>Make policy/system updates as needed in Insurance systems (Guidewire, IPM, etc.).&nbsp;</li> <li>Maintain compliance with regulatory, system and ACG policy requirements.</li> <li>Build and maintain the agent to member relationship through targeted activities designed to retain P&amp;C insurance policies.&nbsp;</li> <li>Ensure that all activities support ACG Field Employee Agents and Leadership while creating additional value and enhancing the member experience.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Additional Responsibilities and tasks to include:</p> <ul> <li>Consistently monitor/work system activities for in-force policies to include documents, payment activities, policy changes and other items requiring action from the insured&nbsp;</li> <li>Educate insureds of upcoming communications</li> <li>Execute and facilitate insured&rsquo;s service requests, while anticipating account rounding and cross-selling opportunities including AAA membership sales, and/or upgrades as well as other relevant AAA products and services</li> <li>Develop and maintain specific personal lines insurance knowledge of all states and carrier products to effectively counsel insurance customers</li> <li>Collaborate with others to achieve results; sharing ideas and knowledge to build morale and cohesion within group</li> <li>Communicate with field leaders, management, and agents regarding the status of member policies to ensure best in class service</li> <li>Demonstrate strong customer phone skills during interactions as measured by management and or external quality assurance review teams</li> <li>Meet productivity measures established by management in support of the Agent/Agency performance</li> <li>Attend training and maintain knowledge of all Auto Club Group products for cross-selling opportunities through completion of courses provided by AAA ACG University and other continuing education classes</li> </ul> <p align="left">&nbsp;</p> <p align="left"><u>Supervisory Responsibilities (briefly describe, if applicable, or indicate none):</u></p>
