Responsibilities: <ul> <li style="font-weight: 300;">Facilitate advanced technical and non-technical training programs for employees, supervisors and management with a focus on: increasing knowledge of company products and services; improving skills related to selling products/services, customer service, and using various company systems. Ensure training programs equip employees with the tools and development needed to excel in the workplace, as well as support departmental and corporate goals.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li style="font-weight: 300;">Maintain positive work relationships with adult learners, operation partners and management.&nbsp;</li> <li style="font-weight: 300;">Manage small-scale projects. Ensure cost-effective completion of complex assignments and projects within specified deadlines while adhering to established department and company guidelines.</li> <li style="font-weight: 300;">Analyze existing and emerging solutions to create innovative solutions to complex problems.&nbsp;</li> <li style="font-weight: 300;">Use sound judgement to escalate more complex issues to senior staff or manager.</li> <li style="font-weight: 300;">Administer learning evaluations and track pre and post assessments.&nbsp;</li> <li style="font-weight: 300;">Under limited guidance and supervision: review evaluation and assessment results; determine the effectiveness or impact of training initiatives against pre-determined metrics; identify learning gaps and additional training opportunities; determine necessary solutions/customizations and the next steps in the process.&nbsp;</li> <li style="font-weight: 300;">Obtain necessary approval of recommended solutions/customizations.&nbsp;</li> <li style="font-weight: 300;">Implement solutions/customizations to the facilitation portion of the training program.&nbsp;</li> <li style="font-weight: 300;">Provide feedback from evaluations and recommended updates to the assigned Instructional Design Team member(s) and business partners.&nbsp;</li> <li style="font-weight: 300;">When necessary, may conduct additional analysis and work with Instructional Design Team member(s) on modifications to intermediate to complex curriculums and programs.&nbsp;</li> <li style="font-weight: 300;">Monitor learning progress of adult learners and communicate developmental feedback to the each employee.&nbsp;</li> <li style="font-weight: 300;">Conduct desk-side, one-to-one skills coaching and mentoring when necessary.&nbsp;</li> <li style="font-weight: 300;">Maintain current and emerging knowledge of facilitation standards and techniques.&nbsp;</li> <li style="font-weight: 300;">May participate on project teams associated with large-scale projects, complete additional assignments and work with vendors as needed.</li> </ul> <u style="font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;">Supervisory Responsibilities (briefly describe, if applicable, or indicate None):</u><br /> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 300;">None</li> </ul>
