Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Responsible for active involvement within the communities in which the organization operates.&nbsp;</li> <li>Develop and manage corporate contributions, community relations and foundation projects/activities that are complex and/or have high-level of visibility within the community.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Plan, execute and provide direction for programs to include, but not limited to: volunteer efforts, corporate foundation activities, company/employee giving, grant making.&nbsp;</li> <li>Coordinate foundation community outreach to promote the organization's image in a positive and community-oriented manner.&nbsp;</li> <li>Assist in the development of new approaches to current and new funding programs and initiatives. Support leadership to ensure a consistent voice within branding, communication and community relations activities that will raise awareness of ACG Foundations.&nbsp;</li> <li>Work with business leadership on approaches for addressing complex/sensitive community issues, targeting locations for initiatives, etc.&nbsp;</li> <li>May serve as a subject matter expert on policies, procedures and guidelines that support ACG Corporate Contributions and Foundations.</li> <li>Build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with local business groups, community representatives, and not-for-profit organizations. Represent the company as a point of contact between the organization, local officials, and community leaders.</li> <li>Create, maintain and monitor performance metrics that track and report financial activity of ACG Foundations and Corporate Contributions with the goal of demonstrating the achievement of goals.</li> <li>Identify trends, variances, and ensure adherence to program guidelines.</li> <li>Develop and recommend activities to address deficits as needed.&nbsp; Support the monitoring of enterprise-wide approved Corporate Contributions policy and procedures.</li> <li>Assist with planning and preparation of annual budget.&nbsp;</li> <li>Develop, implement and control content for assigned department intranet webpages.&nbsp; Provide insight and guidance to team regarding aspect of the assigned webpages.&nbsp; Review and recommend relative content updates for ACG Foundation(s) websites.</li> <li>May serve as a lead by providing guidance and work directions to lower level professionals.</li> </ul>
