Some travel is required with exposure to road hazards and temperature extremes. Irregular hours, including some overnight travel. Responsibilities: <p>Use knowledge and experience to provide insight and support for field business operations in assigned geography. This position is designed to assist the Field Vice President working in large growth markets, such as Florida. Work with leadership to define, develop and execute business strategy, action plans and initiatives in order to align business operations with corporate goals. Support leadership in developing and communicating business rules, operational standards and key performance indicators across insurance and all membership operations. Manage or support the implementation of consistent, defined processes and procedures. Ensure consistent engagement and partnerships with Lines of Business and Field Leaders to support high levels of performance and the obtainment of sales objectives. To support accelerated growth and allow the Field Vice President to focus on the broader growth strategy for the market, this position will have the field sales directors report directly to him/her.</p> <p>Provide oversight and support to high-profile projects taking place in the assigned state/geography. Represent leadership in meetings and communications, as well as on projects with business partners, Line of Business and Field Leaders. Oversee, manage and monitor internal and cross-department projects and activities to include coordinating and driving all tasks to completion.</p> <p>Ensure proper reporting of project status and analysis of performance related to the key performance indicators. Partner with Finance and other business units to develop and maintain a central repository for the data, metrics and reporting regarding budgets, expenses and status. Provide leadership with consistent, reliable information for making strategic and tactical business decisions.</p> <p><strong><u>Additional Items to Post for Field Agent Support and Distribution:</u></strong></p> <p>Provide on-going support for all agent types being used in the assigned geography, including: onboarding, licensing, appointments, contracts, office open/close/move.</p> <p>Work with business area to establish consistent sales compensation plans, by role, for the assigned geography. Sales compensation plans include Employee Agents, Independent Agents, Entrepreneurial Agents, Sales Agents, Travel, Life and Car Care. Develop and manage incentive programs that support corporate growth and profitability goals. Establish sales goals, performance standards and provides oversight of adherence and progress. Develop, implement and maintain Insurance Net Promotor Score program.</p> <p>Provide oversight, through management staff, of sales support functions including service quality, training, agent rewards &amp; recognition programs, projects and sales rules and procedures.</p> <p><strong><u>Supervisory Responsibilities:</u></strong></p> <p>Manage professional, technical and support personnel. Select, hire, train, develop and coach assigned staff in accordance with corporate and Huma Resource guidelines.</p>
